This notice covers the static AI Meter pre-launch website and its sample theme preview. It does not describe a released desktop app or a live payment service.
The preview stays illustrative.
The demo renders fixed sample readings. It does not connect to Claude or Codex, ask you to sign in, read provider credentials, fetch real usage or access native app commands. Theme and warning choices stay in the current page and demo URL; they are not saved to a visitor account.
Site delivery and hosting
This site’s code has no analytics, advertising trackers, email signup form, payment form or visitor-account system. Fonts and demo assets are served with the site. It does not set application cookies or save visitor data in browser storage.
Loading any website sends technical information to the hosting and network providers, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Those providers may process request or security logs to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the demo, which does not collect your AI usage.
Cloudflare Pages is the selected host for this site. When published, Cloudflare will process technical request information to deliver and secure the pages under its applicable service policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, including its information for end users. No hosting retention period is promised here.
If you email support
When you contact support@useportledger.app, your email address, message and attachments are processed through email services to respond to your request. This mailbox also supports AI Meter. Send only what is needed to explain the issue; do not include credentials, license keys, identity documents or private account details.
You can use the same address for privacy questions or a request about your support correspondence. Email is separate from browsing this static preview.
Before a desktop or paid release
The desktop testing build can use a selected local provider login and record usage history on your computer, as described in the setup guide. Those actions do not occur on this website. Desktop privacy details and any future licensing or payment processing will be described before a public release. No checkout or payment provider is active here.
